An innovative, haute cuisine restaurant bringing a touch of Parisian chic to the port of Ibiza. The building chosen by Amaribiza Group to house this spectacular eatery is the iconic former print house of the local newspaper 'Diario de Ibiza'.

La Imprenta opened its doors for the first time on 9 June 2017, bringing a touch of Parisian chic to the port area of Ibiza. Adding to the portfolio of the Amar Group, La Imprenta is housed in the original print room of the Diario de Ibiza newspaper. It is located at the start of the port area coming from the central boulevard of Vara de Rey.

La Imprenta is a French-themed restaurant offering classic decor, a menu of haute cuisine combined with traditional Mediterranean staples.

Pablo Montoro has devised a menu that includes the finest fresh seafood, meat dishes and some traditional Spanish rice dishes, with unique twists. Portions are generous and fun to share - particularly the delicious starters and desserts.

You can choose to dine outside or in the luxurious interior, where no expense has been spared to recreate the sensation of Paris by night. Caroline, the hostess, may even serenade you, if you choose the right night.

Upstairs are the very chic cocktail bar and the exclusive private dining area.  Cool, down-tempo house tunes play unobtrusively in the background as you sip your cocktail and admire the opulent surroundings.

La Imprenta is currently only open in the evening but there are plans to open at lunchtime in the autumn and winter. It is sure to become a firm favourite with discerning diners as well as the island’s celebrity visitors. A style and gastronomy tour de force.
